Merill June (previously Beth Merill) is a UK-based singer-songwriter and producer who announced an exciting rebrand in February 2026, marking a bold new chapter in her artistic journey. With a whole new aesthetic but the same heart, Merill continues to create emotionally powerful, uplifting music that blends pop, rock -synth , along with  ambient electronic textures with a Country flavour.  She also is extremely versatile as a musician and regularly performs cover songs out at gigs with an eclectic selection of songs on her Set lists that create fantastic atmospheres for any crowd.

Originally from New Brighton, Merseyside, and now based in Bedfordshire, Merill  has built a growing reputation for heartfelt songwriting and a distinctive voice that connects deeply with audiences. Whether performing live or releasing new music, her focus remains the same: to inspire people to rise above life’s challenges and rediscover their inner strength through her songs and by sharing her life experiences.

She officially began releasing music in 2020 and has steadily grown a loyal fanbase through a combination of authentic storytelling, high-quality independent production, and a clear artistic message that she is fearless, bold and full of tenacity.  Merill has been honing her craft of songwriting since her young teenage years and began learning how to produce in her twenties.   The piano was always her first instrument, however in 2025 Merill started working on learning guitar and has really enjoyed up skilling and incorporating this into her live performances since.

More Recently, Merill has thoroughly enjoyed co-producing with other creatives and co-writitng for other Artist projects.  Merill also loves connecting and meeting new people through her music and supporting other independent Artists and attending live shows, locally or further afield.

Merill has been on an essential transformative journey the few years since dealing with body issues her whole life, and more recently has found a new confidence and form of expression.  She is coming into her own and is ready for this new chaper in her music career.

Her branding has always edged more towards a bo-ho, colourful aesthetic - with her retro vocals with an added spice of modern flavour, mixed with her hippie old school fashion vibes and her sparkly positive personality are ingredients she is proud to incorporate into her overall look & feel as an Artist and to go hand in hand with the stories and messages  she aims to depict through her songs.
